    As you already know, we are really ticked off because of this change. This is a small but very valuable perk for
     us who play every day. Especially to view the board and know which boosters to choose for nightmarish ly hard levels. We know every change is about the bottom line: Money. But is this change really going to make your quarterly profits go up that significantly? Or just piss off your loyal customers who play every day? Our Candy Crush community is refusing to buy more gold bars because of this. Have you seen a drop in profits? Is it really worth it? It's a very small change you can easily reverse to make millions of players happy. (Please pass this up the chain to whoever has enough clout to actually make this change happen.)

    This is the first communication rule that any company establishes: consistency! If a client asks your about Z, you reply Y. Always, without fail. With King, when we ask them about Z (removal of board reset) they reply Z, A, W, Q, K, 1, 5, &, and any other thing they happen to think of. Some people get told that this is a trial feature. Some people get told that a lot of players still have it. Some people get told a bunch of rubbish that has nothing to do with the question. And my personal favourite: the "helpful" member of the support team that blithely told the player: ""I understand that this may be frustrating, especially if you're used to having the reset feature in your game. Not to worry! These groups change regularly so hopefully, you'll get it back again soon." .🤪

    Sorry but I didn't quite understand what you were heading at! What is possible? What exactly is cheating? What is not unique about U.S. Citizens?

    Can you please clarify what you were referring to?  Are you referring to the Board Reset as Cheating? I didn't even know that this feature existed till it was taken away and reinstated last summer when the Moderator, Jelly_Jenny announced its return in June of this year.

    As to the fact why people are getting different answers, obviously some teams were previously unaware. I am sure they are not now.
    Yeah, obviously. This is only the most negative change ever to affect this game. It was announced on 2 December so for sure it is fully understandable that a lot of the support teams are not aware of it even though it's now more than two weeks later...

    Maybe some improvements to be made to the training that King offers its support staff? Or if the replies are sent by bots, maybe program the bots a bit better? Just a thought.

    To be honest that after this change happened, is not effect my gameplay that much but the problem is that sometimes I will be unlucky to get an amazing board and it cause me to lose the game a lot... :(

    So I read all feedbacks and comments about this change and I see that 80% of people including @SuzyFuller are upset with it and I'm agree with them...

    The change has a negative impact with the game especially that the team are fixing something that no one complaining about it at all instead of trying to fix another issue which is more important to this... like issue with requesting and send lifes and much more...

    We will see the official answer from the team next couple of days but i want to tell you that if you don't try to bring everything back to normal... a lot of players will stop playing the game and you will be lost so please if you love us... <3

    @johnhazell, they don't care about you or your opinion because you've gotten so far without spending any money. They only make changes that affect their bottom line. People are NOT important obviously!

    Hey! It's been a couple of weeks since I was last on here. I wanted to check in and see if they brought the reset feature back but looks like they haven't. :( What a bummer! I was hoping I wouldn't have to delete the game because I spent so much time and energy playing it for the past several years. I'm surprised that the reset feature hasn't been brought back by now because so many players including myself were upset. Perhaps I'm wrong but the fact that this feature still hasn't returned, it indicates to me that King really doesn't care.

    I agree that removing the "start over" option before making any moves is simply a case of greed. There are levels where it is almost a "given" that you must start with a specific screen configuration.  I mirror the thoughts of those who know what going on, and plan on finding a game whose goal is not to simply make as much money as possible at the expense of their players.

    The announcement was posted on Monday, December 2, 2019. The New Paid Board Reset was implemented on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Today is the 16th day of us hanging out here trying to see if King Games' Heart will double in size and give all of us the Free Board Reset Restoration as a Holiday Present. To be honest with you, I am not sure if there is an Iota of Chance that this will happen. But as my late grandmother used to say, there is Hope for as long as there is life. I believe in Hope, Faith and Charity but I don't know if others do. Hope is the very reason why I am here. We have 7 days till Christmas. I still believe in Christmas. I still believe that people change in this time of the year. Let's just hang-out for a little bit longer. We wouldn't know the outcome of this plea if we leave now.

    I used to spend $40 a week (at least) in booster packs. I have not bought any booster packs since the announcement. It wouldn’t make any sense since there’s no way to get good use out of them. I’m kinda stoked that you’ve stopped me from hemorrhaging money. But WHAT A DUMB FINANCIAL DECISION you made. Fire the new guy/gal who told u this would garner more money for the company. I cannot imagine how it will. If I’m wrong... PLEASE SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS BUSINESS TELL ME. I’m dying to know if all the upset customers don’t compare to the new money they’re making. It would  actually fascinating to see if treating loyal customers horribly pays off for them.
