We do not have any known issues at the moment with the W10 app.
If resetting* the app doesn't help, then please email our Player Support so they can take a closer look at it case by case why the game is not working on your computer.

*In order to reset the app; click on the Windows icon down to the left, then go to Settings - Apps - Apps & Features - Candy Crush Saga - Advanced options - Reset.
Sorry @Crazy Cat Lad , but have you missed the other posts? There's more people complaining about this very same problem. This isn't just on my end, something went wrong on your end almost two weeks ago now. By the way, I already tried the resetting, I've tried it all. Please get this sorted.

There's other posts as well by people having the exact same crashing with the Windows10-app. This started almost two weeks ago. And by the way, I've already tried everything I possibly could, and nothing's working. This is something that you need to get fixed, please do get this sorted...

When do you start reading posts seriously what it says @Crazy Cat Lad ? Take people seriously? I pretty often see posts at the Candy Crush Saga All Help group (I'm one of the admins over there) by people who are not that happy with the way you guys handle things. And now I can imagine how they must be feeling. It's just really frustrating. I'm always trying to help people myself at the group. Come on, I'm asking once again, wake up please?
Yes I have read all the comments, but since we cannot find any general issues with the W10 app from our side. Please note that you are four players with issues on this thread, while the game is working for millions of players.
You will need to email Player Support so they can handle and help case by case to see what the issue is. I cannot do any individual support through the Community.
Four players at this thread maybe. But there's also people who started a new post of their own (same subject, crashing of the Windows10-app when opening). Plus, Sukanta Biswas admitted that something went wrong a couple of weeks ago with part of the update. He also is affected by this. Is this really your way of showing you care? I must say I'm very much disappointed.
