Have won rewards for the above but cannot get to them. The screen just keeps rolling back to where it started and there is no exit/return button which means I have to keep coming out of the game entirely. When I go in again, it simply returns to the same screen so cannot move on. Help please.

When trying to make a purchase while Playing Candy Crush Saga, I cannot connect to the Store. All rewards etc are working perfectly and can easily make purchases within other King games. Any ideas please as to what might be wrong? Thank you.
Four in a row is not connecting to server. Each time I move up a level, I have to go through several stages of Four in a Row only to be told at the end that it cannot connect to the server and to try again later. Very frustrating and make each level very slow to reach the start. Must be something wrong at server end.…
Thank you for getting back. Answers as follows: Version unknown but reinstalled from Microsoft just a couple of weeks ago so am assuming latest version.
