I have passed levels in the 200 range again and again and the game is not recognising it and giving me my reward gift boxes. I have tried leaving it until the boxes expire thinking it will reset but it doesn't. When new boxes come up they are on levels I have already unlocked! Please help me fix this issue!

I've passed levels 162, 166 and 172 which were all promised 2 hour time rewards, I'm not receiving them even though I have received all the other rewards along the way until now? Even after replaying each one two and three times, the time reward is not applied. How do I reclaim them?
I play on Windows 10 PC and had a problem with it. Now fixed, but I was on level 731 (I think) and it's back to zero now. I wasn't linked to Facebook then, but I did have a game ID.
I spent $8.00 to pass level 965 in Candy Crush Soda Saga ($4.99 + >99 + .99 + .00) and it didn't advance to the next level. I don't mind you keeping the money if I get advanced, but if I am not going to be advanced then I want my money back. I was playing on my computer on Facebook.
My grandmothers candy crush soda saga has reset to level 1 after her iPad was refreshed. She wasn't signed into FB and we have tried to log back in with the email she used to sign up but it says no account is found. She was level 484.
