When I try to play Candy Crush Soda from my Facebook page, the game won't load. It gets to 100% and then just sits there. I have followed all the suggestions in the FAQ section, nothing has worked. Regular Candy Crush loads perfectly from my Facebook page. What's the problem? Thanks. Kathy

whenever I go into candy crush soda, the loading in can only go until 85% and then stop loading.
