I need help with lost progress! (Under investigation)!

@rlrae1, are you saying that you have lost your game progress on both Candy Crush Soda and Bubble Witch Saga 3?

Which device are you playing on, Apple or Android?

Hi guys! My mom has always been playing this game right after downloading it from the google play store. It's been over a year now. She tried signing in to Facebook because she was prompted to do so. Now, she has lost all her levels (1220 iirc) and is back to level 1. She's kinda gloomy because of this. Is there a way to restore her lost progress?

She has never logged in to the game using her Facebook or email. She just straight up played right after it finished downloading.

Please log out of your game app, update and clear the cache, restart your device and log in again. It is a standard troubleshooting procedure.
