Delete the game and try to download it again Clear the internal storage memory of the browser Update your application and game on the latest version

Hallo,

In Level 577 hat man mir 10 Goldbarren abgezogen und keine Züge gutgeschrieben.

Ich habe es erst gemerkt als ich geschrieben bekam ich hätte nicht genug Barren.

Ich kaufte dann welche um den Spielfortschritt nicht zu verlieren.

Dann ging es mit dem gutschreiben der 5 Zügen.

Wo bekomme ich jetzt meine 10 Barren wieder gutgeschrieben ?

I’m having a problem with my game and have no clue what to do. After playing level 997

i went from 3 lives to 105800 and received about a million boosters and I don’t have any levels to play

We cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, so please contact our Player Support team from your game (go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select "Purchases and Gold Bars") and they will be able to give you a solution!

And It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.

I opened up my cant crush soda it crashed immediately, I reopened and done lvl 1 of arcade, after which it totally froze kicked me out of app. Now I cant do remaining 9 levels.

Many players (including me) has reported this problem. I think studios are aware of it and hopefully soon it will be fixed. But do the troubleshooting tips mentioned above which might be useful.

Welcome to the Community @OrchaGranny . I am sorry you had this problem, I think it was with Kimmy’s Arcade? If so, can you please tell and give your feedback in the main thread here, so we can pass this on to the Studio! We had problems of freezing and kick out with this feature. So please tell it in the thread!
