    I am not able to connect using my email and password I get a red message that says "There was a connection error. Try again in a bit" I have tried several times I even reset my password. My user ID #1027952093

    I really need help!

    I uninstalled and reinstalled per the instructions to have the latest games. The problem seems somewhat resolved in the sense that the screen is back and friends are back. I am at the same Level I was, but despite using my profile and logging on, all my candies that I purchased with money or with time are gone. It reset me as well on all the days (like I missed a day when I didn't) I had 12-13 supersonic lolly which have not come back : and so many candies. I've spent so much time and money! Please fix this.

    Communtiy forum is not able to send refunds but Player Support (customer service) replaces lost items that were purchased.

    Usually player support doesn't replace lost items that were obtained for free but in some cases related to glitches/bugs, player support did send some compensations to players so I'd say asking and specifing the nature of the problem experienced are worth trying 🙂

    Daily login streak, like boosters, is lost after reinstalling, its data are not saved on King servers (like levels and gold bars) but on device local storage. Unfortunately it cannot be restored

    • 📱How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send. Player Support will be able to have access to your history of transactions.

    • 💻️If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.
    • It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.

    Hello!

    if you use landscape mode (horizontal) to play Soda on a mobile device and see this issue, you would need to switch to portrait mode (vertical). 🙂

    open Soda app and click on cogwheel icon then the "?" icon. Like this:

    Then select "more about events" and "what type of extra features can I find in my game" (or any topics or subtopic you prefer instead). When you scroll down you should find "contact us" to fill in your form

    if you'd like to find Soda app version in your Windows computer:

    • open Microsoft Store
    • click Library (1)
    • click Games (2)
    • click Candy Crush Soda Saga icon to open page about the game (3)
    • scroll down the page until you find "additional information" (4)
    • find "installed version" at the bottom of the page (5) * picture is not showing latest update of soda app, it's just an example *

    I clicked on Player Support and I end up back here. I encountered the same issue as everyone on this community where all events, features, etc disappeared on Oct 5. I gave my ID number (per the instructions). The instructions today were advising users to get the newest release, therefore I uninstalled and resintalled and all my candies are gone! :( I am not asking for a refund, I just want all the candies I had including the lollipops (12-13 of them) reinstated. I purchased many of these via bonus and such. Lots of money and time spent on this game, therefore this is very dishearten

    I went and asked for help since I lost all my boosters and rewards but the email said if I didn't pay for them, then you just lose them. This game isn't fun anymore. I lost days, boosters, today I played and won a booster but it didn't show up. I think they just want people that pay. I can't afford to buy for a game so I guess they will just have those that pay. Used to be fun.

    did that and got an email that said if I didn't buy the boosters, then you just lose them so I don't like your game anymore. You just want people that pay. Money is very tight these days. I would rather buy food and the necessities. You took the fun away.
