I don't quite understand your question about the traffic, can you elaborate? And no there's no long weekend!
We only recommend reinstalling the game as a last cause, in case nothing else works. For this issue however, you do not need to reinstall your game. If you have this issue you simply need to
- Update your game to the latest version
- Play a level or restart the game a couple of times
- Done! The issue should now be solved.
If the issue made you lose Gold Bars or boosters, you can reach out to Soda Player Support to see if they can reimburse these. You can see how to contact support in @Pitty_Kitty's instructions here
As for the playerIDs, we no longer need them as the issue is solved. Currently we're only asking for PlayerIDs from players who's boosters are still broken despite the original issue being solved.

id 11218039896. day 7 and still no improvement.i get my daily bonus,thats all. i do have about 750 of the three basic boosters. however i had ten looypops that disappeared.i have no side games, like 4 in a row ,bake cakes,etc.i have 880 gold bars that i cant use .i played all my levels(i still only get 45a week,for years).when i click on my gold bars ,it goes to the next screen and says contacting when i try to purchase.when i go to my microsoft apps screen to check for updates for the past 7 days ,it says no updates are availiable.i have been playing candy crush soda saga for 6 years.can you help me to get the game back to normal?

the other one showed the temporary solution. Instead of keeping the window wide and low, you could try using your cursor to make the window narrow and high. resizing the window of the game makes the "x" button visible again
As of now this is the only solution we have until it's fixed

Player Support is customer service and is able to send refunds whereas community forum (where you just commented) is not able. 🙂
In case you purchased items and then lost them (e.g app crashed or was reinstalled) player support can reinstate them when you contact them and send the purchase receipts.
Items obtained for free that were lost (e.g app was reinstalled) cannot be replaced by player support. In the past, in some cases where boosters were lost, (e.g app had a problem that affected many Soda players), Player support sent those players a compensation. It happened. I was not informed that compensation is going to be sent in this recent case, that's why I suggested to contact Player Support and ask them directly if it's possible.

Yes this is exactly what is happening on my laptop windows app I believe I downloaded from amazon. My Kindle is now updated but Im on level 5445 on Laptop and level 5444 on kindle. They aren't syncing.
