I have quit and restarted the game many times since you posted this message (I am playing on my laptop so did not reinstall but there was an update on my computer 2 nights ago) and still nothing has changed. Sounds like nothing has changed for anyone else either!Hello all,

Same problem. Open/close and uninstall/install. No different. Same Problem. My player Icon is about 10 Levels bevor my actual Level.Hello all,

I just noticed that something updated in my CC Soda game because now the gift boxes are not showing up for levels 801, 805, 811, 819, and 829 but I DID NOT get ANY of the gifts/rewards. This is very frustrating. I know this is just a game but I have put in my time and money and should be able to rely on the game working properly in return, just saying..Unlocked the level but not receiving the bonus gifts. As I am advancing through the levels with gifts, I am not receiving these gifts. If I click on it, I get the message that I have to unlock the level to receive it, but I already have. Levels 801, 805, 811, 819, and 829 have all been unlocked with no gifts being added to my account. I am playing via MY iPhone and iPad. look forward to resolving this issue. -

the problem is NOT solved. I have not received a single thing by passing gift box levels and the box disappears when i do pass the level. the gift boxes have been messed up for weeks. I was buying things a little but will stop spending real money until you give me what the game is paid to do...work!!!!Hello all,
