When fully upgraded, Vampire Barney turns 5 tiles golden at the start of the game. These tiles physically look gold, but do not actually double the word score. Can you work on this?

Why am I limited to only eight moves on AlphaBetty? I always get only eight moves and no more, why? There needs to be at least 15 moves!!!!
Alphabetty wont load....It's been months now. I've tried everything suggested. Different browsers, updating,resetting,restarting... Nothing works :( not even on king.com

When I tried to click on and move letters it would not allow me to move anything. I tried clicking on every portion of the game and nothing. I logged out and rebooted the game and now it is working. Can you help?
When I start the game, the power-up characters won't work. For example Mouse Detective won't appear and give you the two extra crowns.
