Alpha Betty will not load
Alpha Betty did not load for me for at least four weeks, then (wonderfully) it loaded and I played happily for TWO days only. Now it is back to not loading. What's going on?

Facebook problem with Alphabetty Saga
Hi, I've got a problem when I want to open Alphabetty Saga on my Facebook. The game's screen is blue with the King's icon on the bottom. But when I want to play on the King's website the game is OK for me. What can I do to play on Facebook with this game ? Thanks a lot for your answer. Sincerely

Level 189 very hard and impossible
I have been on this level for over 3 months now and find it impossible to do Can you make this level easier?I know I like a challenge but I am on the verge of giving up completlly as I cannot do this.

I am just beginning on level 1, it starts out showing examples of how to connect the letters, I get
the first two examples, when I do the 3rd example that shows how to connect diagionally the game won't let me play any further. Any help would be appreciated

Where can I find definitions and actual rules for this game, What each thing means, what it does
As above, I don't know how to use all the little things we have. I have never seen actual rules and explanations.

Losing the bonuses that mice give (eg 2 extra goes, 10% extra score)
I choose one mouse 'character' and it gives the relevant bonus in ONE game, but if I restart it, it doesn't reappear. I have to completely exit the game and restart it to get the bonus back, every time! Very frustrating. What is going on with the Shuffling issue? I play Candy Crush and it will reshuffle until there is a playable board. AlphaBetty shuts down and you lose a life. REALLY ANNOYING.
