How do I collect the five free moves when the +5 booster on the bottom lights up? Clicking on it doesn't work, or trying to access when the game is over doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Do crowns help in levels requiring a certain amount of letters?
Level 131 of AlphaBetty requires 4,7 and 9 letter words. In the past crowns made a word longer but it is not doing so on this level. Am I mistaken that the crowns should make a word longer, such as a four letter word with two crowns equal a six letter word?

Completed level 320 in 20 moves. Doesn't show any more levels. Is 320 all there is.
I have completed level 320. My screen does not show any additional levels. Is 320 the last level.If no how do I bring up additional levels. I completed level in less then 20 moves. I made sure iPad and alphabetty were updated. No help

AlphaBetty won't load
AlphaBetty will not start. It will either stall at the very end of the "loading" process or it will get to the next screen and say it couldn't find an internet connection. I've tried 3 different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, nothing helps. My browser, flash, are all up to date. Any clues? I can play Bubble Witch,…

About Alphabetty...
I have finally completed 116, which then went off after doing so and didnt register. But more annoying is I used Gold to help me at the end of the game. Can any one advise who I speak to re this as It's not the first time and its more than annoying when you pay and it still doesn't register!! Really annoyed with this

PLEASE can someone give me any tips on level 220 I've been on it for weeks and it's driving me mad.
