Why does this game cut my words short when trying to highlight a long word??? Eg When highlighting SPENDING it cut off at SPEND. Very, very frustrating!!!

I am on level 82. Whenever I make my first word, it won't let me highlight any more words. Help,
On my pc i have reached level 325 and on my tablet it stops at level 320 it doesnt go any further they are usually at the same level

Upto now I have been able to play Alphabetty Saga on my Hudl 2 tablet. Now I can load game but it won't let me play. The same with my husbands tablet, we're on different level.Can anyone help?

From level 321 onwards - it does not appear to give you nearly enough moves to complete them without purchasing gold etc- has anyone done these levels -- they can only be played on a PC as well as the ipad or phone only go to level 320
