Hello. I had finished all the available levels and I have been waiting for the new ones for months. I was very happy when the upgrade added new levels, but I can't play them. The balloon moves to the new level, and the level is selected, but its game type symbol is not showing on it, and it is not clickable. Please help.…

I completed level 170 but alpabetty did not move me to level 171.
I had to use my last 6 bars to complete level 170 and the game did not move to 171.

Does Alphabetty have a way to pause the game?
Why does Alphabetty disappear and start over every time I step away from my ipad? None of the other "King" games do. If I play candy crush, in the morning, and leave in the middle of a game, when I come back that night, the same round I was playing is still on. Is there a way to pause Alphabetty?

Ive been stuck on level 46 for weeks.

Glitch - Blowing up Letters with Vines at a Games End
This is a glitch at the end of a game, the extra moves turn some tiles purple, and then they are blasted to give extra points. One of the tiles with vines was turned purple, but the glitch did now allow the tile to burst, and flash froze.
