When i start play game always crash, is something wrong and already update, restart game, download again, nothing works, please fix it immediately

I get no extra games on my mobile for several weeks. I get the notifications but no games
Nobody I know get the extra games for several weeks now...don't like too play it this way anymore. You need the exta bonus/help to get the levels. I have removed the game en set it on again but nothing works. I get the notifications but now bonus games. I don't know what the do.....

New phone progress lost
Hi. I got a new phone today. My levels with candy crush saga, jelly and soda have maintained bur Farm heroes and super farm heroes have returned to level 1 despite logging in with Facebook or my kingdom account. How do I restore my levels on these two games Thanks Laura

Can I stop displaying my full name if I'm signed in to facebook?
I would like to be signed in to facebook, without having to display my full name and profile picture. Is there a way to stay signed in to my facebook,but choose my own username and picture? If i sign out I lose all my progress, and I cant find any option in the android mobile app to change my account details. Thanks

Technical Issue - No rewards when passing a level
I am playing on a PC and notice that the rewards for passing a level is 0 (zero) beans. I am on level 1986 - this has been going on for a few days now. I have passed numerous levels with the same result, even though I achieve three stars.

Farm heroes saga is not loading - help?
Keep getting King screen & loading then app just closes. iPad & game is up to date. Not sure what more to do to fix this. Advice pls!
