I got a new phone downloaded my games candy crush saga, farm hero's, and candy crush soda tried to log in & it said my email wasn't registered. I was on level 1200 in candy crush saga & can't get any of my professional back on any of my games. It's very frustrating. Please help.

Free Boosters at the end of the Month
Hi, For the last 6 months i have not received the free boosters at the end of the month , i get the couple in the course of the month but it always skips over the last one, and that is the one that is a big help as it has 2 dogs and i think its a plus one booster.

Lost boosters after phone switch
Hi, I had to switch my phone the third time this year. It is really annoying to loose the boosters everytime. Would be great if you could restore my last settings. Why are they not synchronized with the profile like level proceeding? Thanks

I can't seem to get anyone's replies to my questions, any help?
I can't seem to get people's replies to my questions. I've had a notification saying that someone replied to my question, and I go to my question by clicking on my questions, but when I get to my question, there are no replies, I've went to the question that person replied to, I don't see an replies. Is it some kind of bug?

Lost level progress
Hi I have somehow been playing as a guest. I was at level 1454 or further but now I'm at 1408. I tried to update my phone but it didn't work. I lost at least 46 levels both on kingdom and facebook. Can someone help?

I lost my connection on my game on my iPad via my Facebook.. It starts again from beginning I'm on 450 on my iPhone and Facebook on PCs. . Can you put it back on My iPad?

someone delet my farmheroes app. now i am back to level one from over 1000. is there a chance to get my higher levels back again?

Why am I unable to get online with Facebook for King games? I cannot use king.com or hotmail either.
I used to use my hotmail account or king.com as I did not have a Facebook account and did not want one. But even when I do sign in to facebook, I still see the sign saying I am offline, when I am online.

I've seen that your're suppose to be able to use magic beans to purchase help but mine only asks me to buy gold bars to do that. Where can I use just the beans since I have so many?
