Downloading nice picture...
Hi, I play Pet Rescue Saga in my PC with the Windows 10 app. Instead of a nice background, I see only a blue field, and a message: "Downloading nice background" , which never comes up. I suppose that this is not intentional? How do I get the nice pictures back?

How do I get my last pet?
I need to rescue 8 pets. I have rescued 7 multiple times and then the game won't drop down another pet... Just fans. Then the level ends and I lose. How can I get it to drop the last pet? (Pet rescue level 2116)

Lost boosters!!!

Glitch in boost and levels
Cant play due to booster covering my bottom row of the game. Levels are upside down. My app is fully updated, not sure what to do.

Game freezes when the chest is full
During the birthday event when the chest is full ie 35/35 the game freezes and no levels or challenges can be played. This can only be temporarily fixed by uninstalling and losing progress in challenges etc. Please fix and provide good compensation.

Asking friends for lives and help to finish a level
How do you ask for lives in Pet Rescue, I have a list of friends but no way of asking them for hel[. Also, I have been stuck on a level for close to a month and do not know how to ask for help on that level. I have tried to help other friends when they are stuck. Thank you
