I'm sick and tired of the message that I have no internet connection. When do I get this message ? Every Friday when I can play for extra credits. I play on different devices and when I get to the next level it updates on all my devices except when it involves Raadselberg or extra hours free playing time.

November 14, 2020 I started receiving "You are experiencing an error that we are working hard to fix" on the Pet Rescue Saga game. I am not understanding why I am receiving this message. I have troubled shoot my computer and is still getting the same message. HELP?

My support ID is 10119398. I have tried everything suggested other than downloading the game directly to my computer, which I am not going to do. Every level open except my next one, Level 1593.

I am seeing the no internet connection window on my lap top only when playing the Mystery Mountain levels. I can play on my phone, but it never saves my progress on my other devices. Only my phone. So if I play on my phone I only get the rewards on my phone. I don't like playing on my phone because it's hard on my eyes and my phone isn't that good. This will be the third week in a row that I won't get to play the Mystery Mountain levels and I look forward to that event every week.

I tried all of those things. I can still play, I just can't play the Mystery Mountain event. I don't have a pc/lap top that will support the upgrade to Windows 10 and if I play on my phone I only get the rewards on my phone Oh well, I've gotten this far without gold bars. No big deal I guess.
