I've just asked the Studio team about this issue. Meanwhile, I'd ask you to please follow these troubleshooting steps which may help you out.
If you have got an Apple device (iPhone or iPad), please try out these steps; if it's an Android device, use these steps instead.

No point, they sent me their response and I refused to reinstall the game as I am fed up with losing everything when I do. I have just about given up. Thank you.
