Having problem with all my progress.!

Plz help me out , i have changed my Facebook account with my gmail account but now i have lost all of the previous progress.!

kindly help me and tel me how can i get back all of my progress,!

Hello there @BeuAyat and welcome to the Community,

May I know which account you log in game with? If you signed in your game using your gmail account instead of Facebook, you may need to sync the game. Simply follow the steps below. However, you can only perform the sync using a PC/laptop.

• Go to the King website at King.com
• Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
• Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
• Select ‘Account’
• You will be prompted to confirm your password
• Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
• Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com

Please let me know if you could sync your game. Alternately, you can contact King Support team to restore your progress.

Not playing 11473 unless spawner is taken away. Crazy to get so many hammers. Make money always not so excrutiatin g.

Hi there, this issue has been reported to the Saga Game Studio but no news yet. You may check out the Support area where many players have reported it and wait for the feedback from the Studio, hopefully next week (working day).

I have wasted so much time and all my boosters on level 11473. If this doesn’t get fixed, it will be the end of Candy Crush for me.
