Thanks for asking and yes, I've encountered it but I think it is just a temporary glitch in the game. It may be due to unstable connection in the game server. However, please make sure your game is always up to date and you have at least 2GB of storage to ensure that the update run smoothly. If it doesn't affect your gameplay, just continue playing.
You may exit the game, check for updates, and then go back and play again. See if it helps. If it doesn't, continue playing until the issue fixes itself.
Please let me know if you need help with other issues in the game.

Yes this happens sometimes when members join and when members leave Teams as this affects both the members left on the Team and those who are looking for a Team to join....This happened to me a few weeks back around Thanksgiving when I seen a new member on my F5 Team and noticed that it affected the way my Team was rewarded our points as I soon noticed that I was carrying the load of points and knew that my Team member who left was the other who helped me when collecting the points...
Now I even noticed that my Tablet was a bit off as I was using it more and more trying to gain these points since I was always going after the F5 Team points, I left that Team and by coincidence found my former member and joined him on his new F5 Team and we get our points within 2 days and that's all of the F5 Team points...and my Tablet works great again...don't ask me why but I blame it on overworking it and I always keep it updated as King Games updates about every week unless it's the Holidays then it will be after the Holidays....Hope this helps you out my Community friend 😉💯
