FIXED - Daily Bonus - Not receiving boosters?

For at least 2 weeks It shows I get a booster but hasnt registerd. How do I fix this

Hi you need to go to windows store on your pc , click on the little icon for your account and check for updates and hopefully it will be fixed then

Last two days I have not been getting my daily reward. Using desktop Windows 10. Reward screen comes up with the "Continue" button, no treasure chest. When I click on "Continue", I'm taken to my game with no reward added.

I play through Windows 10 (desktop) using my facebook account (id 1431874123591551), in the last 2-3 days I have not received boosters. I downloaded the game in the Windows store.

And no you shouldn't have to although I do love windows 10 I have to be honest.
I also need to ask, are you playing the game through the browser? I don't know if they have an app for it on windows 7 (terrible memory) so hence the question. If you are playing though a browser, could you clear your cache/cookies.

Running the latest version of Windows 7. Really do not want to have to purchase Windows 10 just to play the game....

Having issues with medals. I have passed the first level of most of my medals, but showing I will only get 50 fairy dust again on next level. last week I was showing 2500, 1200, and even more on some. It has somehow reset. I

Will we get all the boosters we were supposed to have which is around 2-3 per week ,and after 2 months that is a lot owed out ,or can we all have extra gold ,yes we got some ,which was only enough to get 1 or 2 boosts, which does not really compensate for the ones missed out on really over a 2 month period does it ?? I have added a little something to your game as compensation for the boosters you haven't received.

We are sorry again for the inconvenience but please take into account that this is an additional way of rewarding players who come everyday. This feature is not essential to the core game, as in, it does not block you from playing. However, we totally understand that it is frustrating and we did our best to fix it as soon as we could and compensate you.

It's now fixed, so you will start receiving your boosters again and I hope that's a good news

Hey @slowbutsteady, @hazey01 @luck - The fix is still being tested but our Team is doing its best to release it asap.
In the meantime, you can take part in our many competitions here to get more boosters and gold! I'll keep you posted as soon as I have news for you!

I'm on level 948 so would hate to stop playing now and I really like the game except for not getting the boosts.

I think they have no clue on how to fix it, so they are struggling ? in all honesty this should have been sorted out from the beginning not months down the line

I've only been playing for a couple months but haven't figured out how to collect my booster prizes. They never show up on my game like when I buy them though I would think it would be automatic after going through the prize winning ceremony. How do I get the prizes to show up so I can use them?

I haven't been playing for long either but do you mean the chests from like the rescuing ghosts and magic duels etc? They should just go to where they should be, so boosters into your boosters as when you buy them, or lives will go into the life bar.

Are you playing on Facebook itself or on a device?

Would you be able to tell us more about the boosters? You mean the ones you can win in special events and Quests or boosters that you purchase?

The ones you recieve every day when you open the app. Sparkling blasts,ect. The show upon opening that you got them but havent registered at the bottom. The only one s that do are the 30 minutes free play and star dust

For those of you who haven't mentioned it yet, I would also need to know what device and platform you're playing on.

For the last 6 days my reward boosters from the Treasure chests no longer register. This includes Maggie's daily reward Treasure chests and Stella's house Treasure chests when I upgrade my house page. I played the game for more than 14 hours each day. On Chrome, my friends have also disappered - so at the end of each level when the game displays your ranking among friends - it no longer does on Chrome. This friends display feature still appear in Firefox, however. Safari barely works for the game so I don't use it. On to the next topic, the Troll King’s crowns. Is there a reward for collecting them? I collected them in several realms but do not see the purpose or benefit of collecting them, as even though it says I should receive a reward - I do not. Now the Troll King has just dispappered. I even opened a different new facebook account just to play the game under a different user name and the same thing has happened with my second account. I am playing on a macbook pro running Mac OS Mohave 10.14.5. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari - all with the same result. I am playing on Facebook. I have restarted, switched browsers, cleaned my cache, and reopened in ioncognito windows - all solutions provided before as this is a repeat of a problem that occurred for several months last year to many of us players. This is extremely frustrating. I have also noticed many other recent posts of players not getting their boosters - so this is not an isolated problem - just like the occurrence last year. My user ID is 102410777677428. PLEASE HELP and give me back my boosters - provide a fix for me - or just get the game working again. Thank you.

I have not been getting boosters for Stella's house, ghost bonus, or Maggie's bonus for been several days now. I see them pop up but they do not register.
