Why does my Bubble Witch Saga 3 keep saying No internet connection?

    Its ok @Doodiebunk I think one of the community managers has moved it over for you. 

    Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with the game causing this at the moment, keep an eye on this thread here : https://community.king.com/en/bubble-witch-saga/discussion/260522/bubble-witch-3-no-internet-connection#latest and any updates will be made on there :)

    Just a thought everyone. 
    This won't work on Apple devices, but on Android, google play retains information on apps when updates/reinstall is done. 
    If you are having problems and have backed up progress on either Facebook or the Kingdom and have NO saved boosters (this will wipe them) just try unstalling the game. Clear cache. Go to settings, go to apps. Find google play. Clear that Cache too. restart your phone. Reinstall the game and try reconnecting again. 
    I cannot guarentee it will work but its always worth a try but again, if you are not connected to something to save progress and have boosters. Don't try it.

    Thank you for the update. I can't wait for them to fix the issue. When I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, it still wouldn't connect.

    I have an new Android phone. My husband has the same phone and no issues with connection??

    It only seems to affect certain accounts :( That makes it harder to work out the cause.

    I am also facing the same issue. I am logged in from Android with my king account but from last few months I couldn't access the shop and my profile in-game. I thought further updates would solve it but to no avail. I am at lvl 580 in my Android mobile. I tried logging with the same account on my tablet and was shocked to see that progress was updated till lvl 350 only which means my progress on my mobile was not syncing since last few months even though internet connection was there. Now I can't even logout of the game in my mobile or reinstall since I will lose my progress. Please fix this, I don't want to lose my hard earned progress.
