Bubbles hate to be barer of bad news but the leagues are still not working right . if you do not use my work around you do not earn stars for the league you are playing in . also had the leagues back for only two(2) days was in the middle and they just disappeared . also no sign of the fairy trail .
Hi @Shenronoffire Yes we are still having hit and miss with the league's I am receiving my points ok but I had it with only 2 days left also
Most players are now good to go so it's a sign we are getting there
I am just awaiting feedback but I know this is a complex event and am aware that its not an easy fix and our studio can not commit to a duration right now.
It is being looked into we can only apologise and thank you for your continued patience 💓
Bubbles - the leagues came back today but there was only a little less than 7 hours left to play - it picked up right were it left - stars and all the only thing I was down on the less a bit more then were it left . I was 1st when it left and when it came back I was 9th but I worked my way back up - 5 hours and minutes to go and I was 1st again .
Hi @Shenronoffire The Halloween event league's have now ended so they will be back to normal once you next receive them let's see how it goes if there are still issues I will raise them again
Yes there was a short connection problem with the tree but it is cleared now so please log out and restart your device this will trigger the clearance for you💓

Just to add to this conversation, I have not had the Leagues come up since 10/29, when I let you know that I never received my treasure chest of rewards for coming in 2nd place in the Astral League. I only get the Fairy Dash, Wake Up the Tree and the Royal Pass, (all with no problems). The game in general is still "freezing" a lot for short periods of time. Also, the shooter bubble often "shoots" while you are just aiming it, before you let go of it. I play with a mouse on my laptop and this just recently started. Individually, it seems like we have different issues with this game...😞

Yes a lot of what you mentioned are blips and usually clear themselves once you logged and and turn your device off and on
Also please check you have no pending updates

As per your instructions, I also included my ID which is 3085611287 and still continue to receive the automated response, as mentioned above. Either way, I guess it no longer matters, since you said they are unable to credit lost rewards, (which was the reason why I contacted them).
The BW3 version I have is 7.24.2.0. You advised me that the latest version is 7.25.54. How do I get that version?

bubbles , the leagues came back yesterday but the leagues run for 6 days nut it started me on day 5 - one day short and I lost the last one and do not know if I was award rewards . also still no fairy dash (trail) . logging in and out is still a problem - once you go to the logon page either way you have to close the game and come back to start play .
