As per today, I don’t have that green button to join a team… I am at 1000 Level. I should have it available since Level 24?
Any news about the issue?

@95chata, Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- Make sure you have the latest update for your CCFS game app. I have my game set to update automatically and am currently running version 3.13.0
- clear your game cache (do NOT clear your data -- that is where your boosters are stored)
- log out of the game (please only do this if you remember your login details)
- Turn off your device for at least 1 minute
- After restarting your device, consider switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you're playing on a mobile device.
- Log in to the game. If the team icon does not appear, please try to log out and log back in several times.
Let me know if you still don't see the team icon.

-I am new at this game.-I have a new iPhone 15 with lots of memory and gbs.
-The game updates automatically and I have the current version 3.13.0I am also using the right credentials.
*Do you think join the team button has something to do with having completed all the characters in the game?I play with a team but that’s something I didn’t choose. And I don’t get any rewards if I reach a 1st. Place.
Maybe it’s computer or system generated.
Like when you play Diamond Diaries Saga that you play against other players on a list that the game is giving you?
So far, I don’t know what else to do to get this option in my game.

When you talk about a new device, do you mean a new phone? Or something else?
I play three king games on my mobile phone and it’s new with enough memory and GB. 🤷🏻♀️

@95chata, Thanks for trying all the troubleshooting steps. Have you saved your progress to the King servers? I only ask in case you play on Facebook. There are sometimes unique issues when playing on the Facebook platform.

If you have a new device that's fine. I don't know if it depends on
the device type. Maybe from the company. I have no idea. We have
often talked here about how difficult it is to join a team. Here too,
nothing is being done about it.
Maybe it would be good to talk to the CM yourself.🤷♀️2 -
