BGT Angel and other characters not loading

Hello 👋

I want to make an inquiry.

Is there a mistake with the character from Bubblegum Troll?

I say this because he is on my album, but I can't use him. It is assumed that I got this character a long time ago, but it appears 'downloading'.

I attach some screenshots so that you understand me.

Oh dear, the troll is giving you trouble in the game too. 😅 Don't worry, you are not the only one. 😁

Nah, for real now. Players have reported the same issue you are experiencing at several different times. I'd suggest you run some basic troubleshooting (log out, close app, clear cache in both app & device, turn of device for at least 2 minutes, you know, all that fun geeky stuff) to see if that solves the issue but, other than that, not much else one can do when the Troll starts acting out (no pun intended 🙃).

Let me tag @gr33n3y3z & @Freddy_ who might be able to redirect you to the main Support thread regarding issues with BGT as I can't seem to find it anywhere so you can also report your issue there as well as provide your Player ID so that it can be passed on to a CM.

Hope that helps. And, if it doesn't, let us know... were are pretty good at putting the Troll back in his place.

@hechicerilla Hi,

Think definitely one that you will need to contact support or @gr33n3y3z will need to report, normally if the standard troubleshooting tips don't work its an error on kings servers.. Not seen any reports of any issues with this at present but not so long back there were quite a few with the BGT Angel. so definitely possible its raised its head again. Have used mine today with no issues, which does not help very much

I forgot to say that I had obviously already done the troubleshooting steps. To give more information I will say that this has not happened to me now, it has been like this for months, but since I had not had time to play, I had forgotten about this problem, and today I remembered that it is still there. So I leave my ID here, right?

Hope someone can fix it for me 😉

I just want to give you a heads up that I have reported this and hopefully by the start of next week you can get your bubble gum troll back in action!
