Glitch on level 385??
When bringing two monklings down to the rope at the bottom together, the second one gets counted as it passes, but doesn't disappear as the first one does. It just sits there below the rope, which keeps the game from moving back up to the top so I can get my last monkling to drop. Technical people please help and fix…

Candy crush jelly
playing against the wiggling I got enough monkeys to move to level 3 but it won’t let me in! This is the 3rd time I happen with odus them against the unicorn (which all my fish 137 disappeared) and now against wiggling the octopus WTH!!!! HELP!!!!

Cannot advance in game
I have completed 2 levels in the special wiggling game in Candy Crush Jelly, but level 3 will not open. I tried restarting my phone and still it will not open.

Why do you only get 3 additional turns when purchasing more turns? What a rip!
I thought there was an issue with purchasing additional turns. I only received 3. What a rip! I’m done with this game.

This is Deanna AGAIN. I'm on level 350 now & having the same problem.
On my last life, last move against Jelly Queen and made a fish and the game closed. Was done, game over. I could of won!! I needed to finish out my play!!!!!

Anyway, can someone please resend the 40 gold bars I was told I would get for all my trouble on Jelly with Cupcake Carl & the Jelly Witch? I never got them & this is my third time asking. Still can't complete level 1617
Will 1617 be fixed soon!? I just tried again today and the glitch is still there. After filling in all the Jelly it won't let me make another move or win the level :-(

Top banana levels not unlocking
I have 6 of 3 necessary to unlock but the levels are not unlocking so I cannot play those levels. Describe your question in more detail here (at least 40 characters please)

Misty levels are already cleared but I didn’t clear them!
The last 3 times I have tried to play one of the 5 level games, like misty or bananorama, the levels start out already cleared with stars and everything like I have already played them but I haven’t. I have restarted phone, done a soft reset, and deleted game and redownloadd but nothing works!
