What happened to the Help chat box Kingcare use to have? I find it useful as my questions for queries are answered whereas the questions I wrote on the forum are never answered by Kingcare even if there is a technical glitch.

Finished a level on candy crush and on candy keeps exploding none stop and won'y advance level
I just completed a level and the last candy keeps exploding without advancing the level. Only option is to end level, I don't want to replay level.

I raised a concern about lost boosters more than a year back when I changed my mobile.I lost all my boosters when I changed my mobile even though I connected through my fb account. I am facing exactly the same issue now, I have changed my mobile device and have again lost my boosters.Please help!

Change request
I was on Level 2618. The next morning I couldn't get to candy crush as usual. I am on internet explorer and aol. Now they are asking me to change to chrome etc. to continue playing. Why? Will I loose all the games I completed. Thank You
