i do not have facebook and so my game is not linked with a fb account. about 2 weeks ago my CC stopped loading and i cant play... what can i do?

The latest striped challenge not counting correctly
Example...level 731 you must make 15 striped candies to win. I made at least 15. It credited me for 8 (80). I had to make at least 15! (Which would be 150). This isn't the first level to do this today.

I paid to have 8 lives in Candy Crush some time ago and the new update has reduced this to 5. Will you please reinstate the 8 lives or alternatively refund the money that I paid.

Opening the game at another level
Every time I open up candy crush on my facebook or phone, it starts me at 500 and I have to scroll all the way up to play the level where I am up to. It's getting very annoying cause I'm over level 1900+ now.. It's a lot of scrolling
