I try to play the game and it uploads for a minute then freezes and will not start
I sign into facebook and try to upload the game and it will act like its loading and music is going and then everything just stops and goes silent. I have tried re booting the system with no success of the game working. What is going on with this???

I was on level 480 on my new iPhone 7 when it was robbed in town and this had taken me a fair time to get too! After reconnecting to facebook I've been taken back to level 1 and after emailing you guys I've had nothing back at all - talk about customer service! Please assist?

Why can I not connect to facebook while playing candy crush saga on my Samsung tablet
It has been two days that I cannot connect with Facebook to play candy crush saga on my TABLET. The only thing that I did that was different was to go on Facebook on my LAPTOP and play candy crush saga from there. Candy crush soda was not affected since I didn't play it on my LAPTOP. Game crash and boosters disappeared
For a month now the app keeps crashing on my iPad and iPhone.all my boosters have disappeared. I can't seem to play a single game without the app crashing. No requests are being received and other players are not receiving my requests sent to them either.

I know that you have to make your games challenging but why do you have to make them seem impossible and take the fun away, seriously, do you think that this can be done? Well I know it can but MAN......been stuck for quite sometime.
