I arrived at level 684 of Candy Crusch Saga , but my mobile app does not allow me to connect with facebook , I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it still does not connect, and are distributed from the first level , how can I update my progress ?

Is there a way to unsync the king and facebook accounts?
I play candy crush on my phone connecting with facebook, while my kid sign in with her kings account on my phone, and now we have the same level progress. Is there a way to resolve this, since whoever plays the game will change the game level across all devices. Thanks.
