I am at level 422 but it does not matter how many goes I have and use my boosters the fruit does not come down. Is there a problem with this level. I have had no problems with all the previous levels. Can you help

Level 422 - Is King working on resolving this problem?
The video posted here does not reflect what is happening with my game or the OP. The 3 squares at the top will NOT break regardless of any moves I make. They do not look like this either. They did when I started playing, but now look like a piece of popcorn. No moves I make allow anything to drop. Is King aware of this?

I have Sugar Crushed on level 1304 5 times now but it won't advance me. Can't even come close to required points. Are you going to lower the points? Absolutely ridiculous. Also, iPad and iPhone versions have a bomb countdown of 9, while computer version has a countdown of 15. Please do something soon!

issues to unlock more levels
this is not the first time this has happened. I have passed level 680 and am waiting for more levels to unlock. It is suppose to be 3 days of waiting or get people to help. level 1304 not working
My husband and i have on numerous occasions passed level 1304 but the game Keeps saying goal not achieved.all goal boxes are ticked and we have obviously beat it but wont let us move on.very frustrated and annoyed.has anyone else had this problem? And is anything being done about it?
