Game froze after level 410 bridge
For 2 days now my game has been frozen at bridge after level 410 with a time of 00 00 00. It will not let me pass.

I'm connected to fb and when I request for friends to help me unlock an episode, they never receive the requests.

Candy Crush Level 1691
I noticed this morning that level 1691 has been updated/corrected. Can I please be compensated for the boosters I used yesterday trying to pass that level (15 check marks, 9 flags, and 8 bombs) as well as 18 gold bars, please?

Treasure chests won't open once I reach the level, and if I refresh, they disappear entirely.
It seems these treasure chests are the dangling carrot for us to spend our money on boosters, only for us to reach them and either they go to a level further away or they disappear entirely. Is this something that's going to get worked out here soon CC?

Freezing
Whenever I use extra boosts to help on a level, the game freezes meaning I have to reload, and therefore loose the boosts. Is there any reason why this keeps happening as I'm loosing a lot of free/bought stuff

bug: skipped 200 levels after synchronisation
