Level 823 completed but didn't get credit.
I completed level 823 but did not get credit. I had 1 move left and all jellies were cleared but did not get credit. did the 1 move and it said i had 1 jelly left. why and which one???? The board was clear.

I have lost my progress of candy crush saga. I was at level 276 in the normal game and level 160 in the dreamy game. My user name in facebook is ken korir. Kindly assist me get my progress back.

When I try to advance to level 621, it's not letting me ask friends for tickets?
In Candy Crush, I've completed level 620 and when I click to ask friends to move on, it's not listing any names and not even showing further levels. It just shows clouds, but I thought there were many more levels than that. I'm really comfused

Loading issues
I have not been able to play the game for over a week now. When I open the game it goes to 30% and won't go beyond that. I'm on level 619 and I don't want to loose my history. What can I do to resolve this? Thanks in advance for your reply.

I can't finish the level 789. It's too difficult to find 75 green candies without been hit by the bombs... And when you're almost there, there is no more green.... Is it normal???
