how to restore all the level progress in candy crush saga.I was not connected to facebook.

@Cezdiamond. I've also lost progress. I went from around level 1100 to 1058. I can see stars on levels past this, but am unable to select the levels. Would appreciate some help please. Thanks in advance

Hi I played Candy Crush Soda yesterday and managed to get past a hard level, think it was 299. Then today when I opened the app I'm back on level 1. I was not connected to facebook, is it possible to get my levels back?

Hi, I also experience the same problem. the game was restarted due to prompt on connecting to fb. Previously,  it didnt connect to fb account nor emaiI. It was at level 266. @cezdiamond could you please help me restore the level? thanks.

I tried to shift to new phone using Facebook"save" but instead I lost your progress and was shifted to level 1. Further I have tried email login but when I tried , I learnt I wasn't using any email. I have just registered with your website. Please help me, I was on level 1071 , episode 72 was finished recently.
