internet connection has to contact store for purchases.if your connected try turning off your device and restarting. i sometimes have trouble with connection

I have the same problem. The extra play wheel doesn't work, so I can't use the gold bars either. Roulette keeps spinning trying to connect to the app, and doesn't stop. My ID is 8598197959

Try turning off your device and restarting normally works if I have connection issues

I uninstalled then reinstalled like many suggested and it deleted literally every booster I had saved up but kept me at the level I’m at. I had hundreds saved now I have nothing
