That is helpful as well, but not quite what I'm asking. You can create a Kingdom account to save your game, or you can save your game through an existing Facebook account. Before you lost your levels, did you do either of those?

I also lost all my levels after trying to save via face book i was on level 10340

I have an android phone,iv been trying the whole day to retrieve my levels. I have been following the steps as instructed by King,but it is not working. Im very disappointed because i struggled to reach level 1034 and it is paining me to have to start again0

I've been doing some research and I found this answer from a good friend of mine. I've condensed it down to this.
"Clear the history on your mobile, then log out of Facebook and log back in and it should bring you back to your current level."0 -
