    If you're still having issues with retrieving your levels, please get in touch with out Player Relations Team through here

    Make sure you select "Problems with game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

    Please fill in all the information and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill in the form you will get an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue so the support team can reach you. If you don't reply to this email message they won't reach you at all.

    To look into your account they will need your game ID. If you don't know where to find it, follow the instructions on the link below.

    Please help..  I was playing Cc last 2years..  And almost reach 1000+ level. 
    And suddenly I lost my data due to phone mishap. Please help to recover my level...

    I am done with your game. I have explained numerous times that I can play Candy crush saga if I go back to old levels I have won. It won't let me receive tickets to move on to my next game If it was my device I would not be able to go on and play past games. I can get lives from any other game but Candy crush. Its not my device its on your end. If it was me the game would not work at all, whether its receiving lives for other games which I do receive or go back and play past games.
