I can'e receive lives to move onto next level But I am able to go back and play any game I have already played again So it is not my laptop or anything else because if it was I would not be able to go back and play old level I think its on your end because there are a lot of other players with this recent problem

I had a go at playing through Facebook against my better judgement. I hate the music, and the stupid ads and videos  and the clumsy graphics. Totally a dire experience.,

I was on the level 889. I updated the app. I went to open it and its saying that I am at level 10. 

I tried disconnecting from Facebook, force stopping everything, restarting my phone, checking my phone for system and software updates, uninstalling Facebook, and even reinstalling Candy crush saga. Honestly I'm not sure what to do. I have done all of the troubleshooting.

What can I do?

My one that I had all my stuff on was 1530805284 (CandyCrushSaga).

Though now it is showing 10594330 in my app.

Hello! I quickly uninstalled Candy Crush today and then reinstalled and signed in with my Facebook account. Actually, I'm level 739, but I'm shown at 36 and from 51 are no more levels displayed. I always have to scroll all the way up to play and if I can get the level and I want to continue playing later, I'll start at 739 again. Can someone help me?:)
