Why can I no longer access Chocolate Box? Server can not be contacted - every other aspect works perfectly.

Surely from September 20 2021 this should have been fixed? Are you saying it’s still being worked on.
I’ve tried all recommended remedies but nothing has worked. Server Error continues to be an issue on chocolate box. Please help I’d really like to have rewards.
I have done all of those things several times with no success.

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

Seems the game has not had an update since Oct 28 for iOS (Apple) which means the latest version I have of the game is not current and no matter how many times I clear things or log out or shut down my phone it will not correct the problem.
