Hello Kiara. Are you saying that the Chocolate Box hasn't been removed by King and everyone should still have it. Are you saying that the standard trouble shooting techniques will restore the Chocolate Box?

There is some work going on in the chocolate box at the moment so some players are missing out on this event and we hope the chocolate box event will be back in the game very soon.
Although I do not know the exact cause at the moment so I am going to report the issue to our team.
