I emailed King today to give my "feedback" on the restrictions. I asked why, the answer I got was a whole bunch of non-relevant BS, but I was basically told it was to encourage players to share lives with friends. Does this make sense to anyone else? How does making players play less and caping lives increase life sharing? Sounds like corporate BS to me. King really must think all us players are complete morons of they think we're going to swallow that steaming pile of crap.
Here's some of the BS I received-:
"I fully understand that you may not appreciate the change made to how lives work in the game and, in particular, the daily and maximum caps that have been introduced. It would be a pleasure for me to share some more information on this matter!
This was done to encourage players to use the lives feature the way it's meant to be used, which is exchanging lives with other players on a daily basis rather than accumulating them since when many lives are hoarded, there's also a risk of losing them (being that they're saved on the device's memory, just like Boosters)."
Hi Saga family..kindly remove the limitations of lives per day please thanks.
You are ridiculous and dictators. Why did I add virtual friends? Yes, to receive lives, and now you have limited it to 20. Why? where is your logic when you did this. Changes are always made to the game, but few times for the better, more for the worse and more and more difficult. Someone is playing with people's nerves and psyche. You get enough money from the ads that we I'm watching them, so I'm not even thinking of buying lives. Leave the 900 lives I have free.
Not a happy bunny I collected over 400 lives to get to the day CCS limited it to 20 lives per day 😥 now what's the point in building lives if I'm limited, I love CCS have played for over 8 years now this is the first change I've disagreed with.
I agree! What level are you on? it only gets worst from there. My post here is how I have been feeling about the game https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/382711/how-are-do-you-currently-feel-about-candy-crush-lets-share-our-thoughts-and-get-our-voices-heard#latest i'm hoping it'll gain traction so the developers will do something
Im not as far as you I'm only on 7540 but I'm passionate about this game, I'm the same hoping the developers will make some changes after all it's us that are engaging in it shouldn't out opinions matter all these years I've only just found this
I don’t like this new update limit life and 20/20 and only 200 lives inbox why do we have friends to give us more lives
