Welcome to the forum! 👋
I'm going to assume you're referring to an in-game banner, not a forum badge, seeing how this is your first post and you have no badges yet.
If this is the case, you should know that the milestone banners system has been suspended. As a result, banners are no longer awarded, nor updated.
You could vote here and share your opinion nevertheless.

haha Yeah - they said it's been discontinued but emails keep coming nevertheless. It's discouraging when you read something like that when it's obvious the system hasn't been discontinued, nor disabled, as banners are still visible in-game and emails keep coming. It's just impossible to get new banners, which they said was done "a few weeks" before they told us about it. So I totally agree - they gotta either remove old banners and stop sending emails, or finally fix it.
Here's a feedback thread they created a month ago where a different store was presented - banners not updating was - wait for it! - a test!? lol Feel free to join the 93% of players voted in favour of the system and share how you feel about it.
