Whenever I try to play Candy Crush Saga, I get the first part to claim a reward, then nothing. I get a grey screen over the board, which does not go away. I have left the game switched on for an hour in the hope that I will be able to play, but nothing. Clearly there is a problem. It has been like this for 3 days now.

We have reported this to the developers who will have a look at this and in the meantime, we ask if you can check if the game app is up to date and try restarting the device and on your computer, could you test a different browser and see if the same thing happens?
Ok, So I only use Firefox and Candy Crush is greyed out and unplayable. I have just downloaded Microsoft Edge and Candy Crush works OK. This is of no use to me as I only use Firefox. All my Bookmarks etc and saved passwords are within Firefox. Firefox automatically updates but I checked and yes it's fully updated. There appears to be an issue for the Programmers with Candy Crush and Firefox.

Thank you for checking the game another browser. I understand about the bookmarks and saved passwords. I am just like you with Chrome browser, and that is my "go to browser" for everythingπ

JUst wondering if the is a problem with Cany Crush. My game opens up, all the intro happens, spin the wheel etc, and then when it goes to the level it just doesnt open. Its greyed out. I can see the map etc. Its like it doesnt fully load. Its been about 3 days now. Happens both opening in Microsoft edge ot Chrome. Its working perfectly on my iPhone app. Appreciative of any help to rectify this..
