I have just responded in the question you have posted earlier! Looks like there is a new issue popping up in the game for computer users!

I've been playing candy crush on Facebook for years but suddenly the game won't let me make purchases. I just get a message that says, sorry there was a problem, try again later. At first this occurred intermittently, but now it always happens

By any chance, are you playing the game on a computer - Facebook browser? Can you please confirm?
When the purchase does not go through, do you see any error messages? If so, can you take a screenshot and post it here?
