Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, which device are you using?
If you are using a computer - are you playing Facebook browser? If using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?

Nothing is resolved yet with META and its pretty impossible to play King games without the ability to purchase help items and help packages. Any updates on whether META will ever be able to support these games again or will KING look for another vendor for these games
