I am just a player like you! I play on iPad and because of that, my game does not have that issue (yet)!
That would be nice if King considers your suggestion and sends some goodies to the players that are affected with the glitch!!

Are you playing the game on a Computer - Facebook Browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.)? If so, an issue popped in the game on Facebook since last Friday.
King is aware about this issue and both King and Facebook are working on a fix! Please keep an eye on this announcement posted by our Community In-Charge —> HERE👈️ for the updates.

I see there is no resolution to the Candy Crush issue. Any updates available on this. There is no use playing the game when you cannot purchase the help items to finish levels.

Nothing is resolved yet with META and its pretty impossible to play King games without the ability to purchase help items and help packages. Any updates or is this the end of King games.
