Why can't I make purchases for Candy Crush Saga on Facebook?

I haven't been able to buy gold bars since last Friday. Paypal says it's not their problem and my bank says it's not their problem. So I think it's CC's problem. I use Chrome.

I haven't been able to purchase coins for the past 5 days. Is there an issue with Candy Crush?

Im using a desk top computer. This has been going on for 4 days,I've played long and spent enough money on this….it needs to get fixed!!!!

Which device are you using to play the game? If you are using a computer, are you playing on Facebook Browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?

A new issue popped up in the game over the weekend, which is causing issue with the purchases!
Both Candy team and the Facebook are aware about this issue and are working on a fix. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon!

Okay will do. None of the games are working in that regard, at least not games played on Facebook.
