You would have had an answer but it looks like king is deleting messages and discussions. Two days ago there was a riot over here. They’ve decided, whether we like it or not, to limit lives to, for me, five a day from friends. All I get are requests and I’m still wait g for my allotted lives. Don’t hold your breath.

I'm not receiving any lives but getting requests. I was up over 900 lives now I'm dwindling down. Is there a way to fix this? I know players with thousands of lives and no problems. Not fair King🤬

It looks like it is still ongoing, but also they have made some changes to this feature. Please be sure to check that thread! Cheers :)

Hi there, it looks like this issue is being investigated by the developers. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Sorry for your troubles!

I didn’t have that many but I had 297 and each day a minimum of 40 to 50 lives coming in and I sent more than that back to friends and then suddenly no lives coming in and only five left in my account in the last 10 days not a single life has come in more than frustrating especially being that I tend to play when I’m traveling for work till time to get a new game and like you yes I get hundreds of requests every day and not a single life

They are currently investigating why some players are not able to receive Lives in the game. Please note that there is a capacity limit now in the Lives inbox, find more info HERE. If you are under your limit though, you should be able to receive new Lives from friends. They are looking into this issue why no Lives are received of some players. They will keep you updated on this on the thread here. Thank you for your patience!

I am absolutely livid about this. I used to get many lives every day and be able to request lives. I went from being about to store 150 lives to 100 lives now I can only store 50 lives and this is all since they put caps on lives. And I can only receive 5 lives a day…. Well I guess we just have to boycott these changes by not spending any money on this app unless they gives us our lives back!!!!
