@La_EE_21, Welcome to our Friendtastic community. Most badges are not added automatically to player profiles. For milestone badges, you must post a screenshot of your progress map to show that you have completed a specific milestone. Your screenshots must be posted in the appropriate game forum -- each King game has a dedicated forum (in addition to the Community Hub where you have posted your question).
For example, I am including the discussion threads for the 6 milestone badges available in Candy Crush FRIENDS Saga (the bold green fonts are hyperlinks to the relevant discussion threads):
CCFS Milestone 1000
CCFS Milestone 2000
CCFS Milestone 3000
CCFS Milestone 4000
CCFS Milestone 5000
CCFS Milestone 6000

I’ve received badges for level 5000 - 9000. I made it to level 10000 and I still only Had a 9000 badge. I thought ok maybe I have to “pass” level 10000 and once I get to level 11000 I’ll get a level 10000 badge but nope. I’m on Level 11013 and now the badge is completely removed. I’m badgeless & heartbroken. Odd thing is, I’ve seen other players with a 10000 Badge. I want my well-deserved 10000 Badge cries. Anyone know the fix?
